Luba joined Binney Street Capital as the Managing Partner after serving as a Senior Advisor to Dr. Laurie Glimcher, President and CEO at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Luba is a veteran biotech and tech investor and company builder, having served as the CEO of Kojin Therapeutics, executive at Google Life Sciences (Verily) and Vice President of Global Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions at Roche, where she also established and led the Innovation Hub for Diagnostics Division.

Luba has led $5B+ in deals and investments across multiple therapeutic areas and life science sectors. She has co-founded biotech companies in the immunotherapy (In8bio) and microbiome space (Luca Biologics) and is a lecturer at Harvard University in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. She serves on numerous boards, including the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council (MassBio), Abcam and BenchSci, and is a Thought Leader for the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) Catalyst.

Luba began her career as a litigator at a leading national law firm, Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, where she specialized in IP, securities, life sciences.
