Tammy is a Vice President within Global Development (GD) at Johnson & Johnson. A pharmaceutical executive, Tammy’s expertise includes strategic and operational delivery across clinical development, regulatory affairs, and healthcare innovation. She has a passion for implementing transformational change, leading large, global teams and skilled at developing others.

She is accountable for driving the GD organization as a strategic business, enhancing its impact on delivering JNJ innovative medicines worldwide. Responsibilities span financial stewardship, organizational culture, patient advocacy, industry engagement, and innovative health strategies.

Tammy previously served as Head of Janssen Clinical Innovation (JCI), where she lead the creation and scaling of new operational approaches and technologies into clinical research with the goals of accelerating clinical operations, reducing overall costs, and improving patient and site experiences. She joined JNJ from Bristol Myers Squibb, where she held a number of leadership roles across Global Clinical Operations and Global Regulatory Affairs.
