Leandro has over 15 years of leadership experience in early-stage life sciences investments, biotech company formation and growth, management of global research organizations, and business development. Leandro’s prior roles included VP of Research Operations at Sana Biotechnologies, business development lead for the Blavatnik Biomedical Accelerator at Harvard University, co-founder of Keclon Industrial Enzymes, and research and business development positions at Kosan Biosciences and Johnson & Johnson’s M&A team. Leandro earned an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Masters in Biotechnology from Columbia University, and a Licentiate in Biotechnology from Rosario National University in Argentina.
