Dr. Surinder Singh was Director In-charge, Regional Drug Testing Lab., (GoI), Chandigarh, in 2007. Dr. Singh served as the Additional Director and Head, Central Drugs Laboratory (GoI); Deputy-Director (QC), National Institute of Biologicals, NOIDA
Dr. Surinder Singh was former Asst. Professor of Microbiology, SP Medical College, Bikaner, and Senior Demonstrator, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).
