Prior to joining CRT Capital, George was Chief Financial Officer of Novartis Pharma AG located in Basel, Switzerland. George has a broad range of operating and finance experience. He started his career at General Electric in manufacturing and finance. He subsequently joined The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation where he held various senior finance positions, including Chief Financial Officer of IMS Health. Before joining Novartis, George provided operating and financial leadership for various healthcare and information technology ventures. George is a member of the Board of Directors of Oracle Healthcare Acquisition Corporation and Vion Pharmaceuticals, both US publicly listed companies. He is also a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Global Alliance for Vaccines & Immunization Fund headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. Previously, George was on the Board of Directors of Amazys Holdings AG, a Zurich, Switzerland headquartered public technology company. He received engineering and business degrees from Rutgers University.
