Offshoring software development, datacenters and service supports to India from the US have seen a dramatic increase over the last decade. Many of these ventures are undertaken on an individual basis and success in every case is not always realized to its maximum.
Businesses in the US lack the advantage of common experiences from others dealing with India and, in many cases, have to deal with similar issues again and again.
