Vinay Ranade is currently Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Life Sciences and was CEO of Reliance GeneMedix UK. He led the acquisition of GeneMedix plc, a publicly listed company in London, UK and played a key role in integrating various joint projects between GeneMedix and Reliance Life Sciences for the past decade.

Vinay Ranade is a Chartered Accountant and management graduate from Asian Institute of Management, Philippines. He is a visiting fellow of Asia-Pacific Research Centre at Stanford University, USA. He joined Reliance Life Sciences in 2001 and he has been responsible for several functions from corporate development, strategic planning, mergers, acquisitions and alliances, business development, project management, program management, financial management, procurement to materials management. He has prior experience in finance, investment banking, capital markets and project finance in his previous roles as Financial Controller at German multinational firm – Faber-Castell and executive at J M Financial Services and Canbank Financial Services, reputed investment banking firms in India.
